Keep Holding On

Something in the air has changed here. It was almost over night as well. The mornings seem to be colder and the sun goes down earlier. It's beginning to turn over to autumn which I am actually okay with except for the cold part. I love seeing the colors change!

It's been a weird week to say the least! Fun and full of laughter that's for sure!

But this happened this week...

Phone rings... It's Elder Adams

"Hello?!"

"Sister Stewart... It's your death call!"

"Noooooooooo!!!"

The day has come. On Thursday i received my TRUNKY CALL.

I will be arriving home at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport on the 19th of November. I won't receive my travel plans for a while but when I do will let you all know!

It's definitely been a productive week. We've been trying to figure out this whole tri companionship thing and it's been going really well. I actually enjoy it! We've decided not to be in the VC all day everyday so that makes it a lot better.

So... I met a gypsy this week. She came into the Visitors' Centre! She seriously looked EXACTLY like Julianne Hough but a 17 year old version. When she told me she was a gypsy i was really kinda nervous that she'd steal something because of all the stories i've heard!

She didn't come back the next day which made me sad because she was really excited about baptisms for the dead because her mum died when she was 5.

Now we have this running joke with Sister Pinegar, the director's wife, about how the gypsies are coming to get her now because she was making a big deal of the situation.

There has seriously been nonmembers walking into the VC left and right this week. Everyone is on holiday and have more time on their hands. All of the families that have come in have been in our area as well. Heavenly Father has blessed us so much since we've been having to cover 2-3 areas on our own.

Sister Jacob and I gave a tour to a family that was brought in by missionaries in our mission, Sister Stephensen and Vande Merwe and it was probably the best tour i've ever been a part of. The mum didn't believe in God until after the tour she said she is now a 50% believer! She cried twice.

I felt prompted to share the story about my sweet baby sister Hannah and how families can be together forever. I love the gospel!

Last night, President Millar gave a fireside on how we are saved and Sister Catogni and i sang... in FRENCH. It's called Souviens-toi and I'm just glad that her good French accent covered my American one up. (: everyone loved it though!

This letter is all over the place!

We've been trying to help Sister Catogni break her habit of twirling her hair so every time she does it we stick a yellow ribbon in her hair. yesterday she had 13. Poor girl! Love her to death(:

We still see Andras and Viktoria! We focus all the lessons on Andras and then Viktoria soaks it all up. we talked about repentace and she said "What if you plan on sinning but you don't do it?" She had planned on drinking a beer BUT she didn't because she felt bad. Woo! We're getting their people!

Anyway. I hope you all have had a great week! It's been great over here in the beautiful UK!

Sister Stewart
