Sister McLaws, a VC sister

this week was good although we didn't have too much success, in fact we had 2 return appointments that completely fell through which was sad because they were both families. We took Sister Horsley, one of the senior missionaries that works in the vc with her hubby, knocking with us and we had a blast as you can see in picture of the last email. we didn't have any lessons or return appointments but we had fun and passed out a lot of temple cards so we at least planted some seeds.
Yesterday we were working in the VC and there were 2 miracles that happened! first there was a double FULL rainbow and second a guy walked in just telling us how he always passed the "church" and wanted to go the services but little did he know that it was a temple so we let him down gently and told him about what happens inside temples. it was awesome! we taught him about baptisms for the dead and he loved it. so much that he gave us his email and he is coming back next saturday! how cool is that?! it was like the ideal situation that i never thought would ever happen. haha! i loved it. too bad he doesn't even live in our mission. DUMB. that seems to always happen to us vc sisters but it's beneficial since we can keep in contact with them online.
My companion and i are having so much fun. We laugh ALL the time and sing our lungs out while tracting. Since there are 3 companionships in the vc with the temple being closed and all we have more time out in the field. only 1 companionship has to be in the vc at a time so we take turns being the vc with there being 2 shifts a day. i love that i get to be both a vc sister and a tracting missionary. it's so fun even when british people are rude. (: it gives us something to laugh about. i love being a missionary and can't wait for these next couple of weeks. if you want to see more pictures you can go see my blog. (: i love you allllll!!
